Dewatering Pump
Dewatering Submersible Pumps are available from 1.5 HP to 120 HP with flow ranging from 50 LPM to 16000 LPM and discharge heads from 2 meters to 140 meters.
The pumps are equipped with double mechanical seals and are of light weight and are available in different material of construction such as Aluminum / Stainless Steel and higher grade of Steel with
provisions of built in monitoring features such as thermal switches, seal probe and also inbuilt contactors. The pumps are being utilized at construction sites, mines, power stations, steel
plants, aqua culture industry and marine industry.

These series have built in contactors and in series with ON/ OFF bimetallic for motor
protection even if the pumps are in operation without control panel.Pump are with Central discharge . Higher rating pumps can be provided with side discharge on demand.
Pumps are suitable for small diameter pits /bore hole application.
Outer casing in Mild steel with Epoxy Power coatings . SS casing can be offered

Right Materials For Dewatering Pumps
Application of dewatering demands that pumps are to be lighter but rugged to handle situation of frequent transportation and parts to sustain the abrasive nature of the Pumping liquid. in depth study /customer feed back have selected All Aluminium /CA15 or SS304 impeller and wearing parts coated with Nitrile rubber. Nitrile rubber is best suited for water having abrasive particles
Pump With Agitator
Many of time application where sand/mud flows with water and same get settled in due course of time . The Suction area get chocked leading to failure of the Pumping. Our pumps are also supplied with agitator system where it forces the sand or other particles to flow with the water there by avoiding piling up of mud/sand in the dewatering tanks /area.
Seal Leakage Detection / Indication
Pumps can be provided with the seal leakage sensors and detector that once the first seal fails it gives signal to the control for tripping the pumps . Though pump is equipped with double mechanical seal and the pump operation can still continue, but it gives a alarm for taking the pumps for maintenance in the next available opportunity. Indication lights can also be built in the pumps for physical notification of seal leakage.
For Higher Head Application
By having our designed adaptors system our drainage pumps can operate in series for higher pressure application. In this two to three pumps can be installed for series operations
SPECIAL FEATURES
Operating Pumps at Optimum Efficiency Throughout Its Life
Our pumps are provided with Nitrile rubber coated Diffusors which can be auto machined by its own impellers during firsts time assembly giving mirror image of impeller profile. This helps keeping minimum clearance between Impeller and Diffusor thereby making the pumps to operate at it optimum efficiencies. This can be done at site also by the operating technician without any need of machining facilities.
OPTIONS AND SUPPORTING FEATURES
Motor Protection From Electrical Abuse
Many construction sites operates in emergency situation and forget to use protective control panels. Our M series pumps are developed to take care of such situation still protect the Motor from burning. The pumps are provided with built in contractors which cut off the supply in case the motors is drawing higher current. Motors windings are embedded with bimetallic switches.
Salty Water Application
Pumps requiring to handle salty water with lesser severity are provided with Zinc anode fitted stator casings, which provides protection against galvanic corrosion anodic protection without use of any costly materials giving customer a most economic solution.
Seawater With Higher Severity of Corrosiveness
For handling seawater application where corrosiveness of water is higher we supply the pumps in Duplex & super duplex. One side this material is good for handling corrosive liquid but not a good material for submersible motors and magnetic effects
are reduced. We have done deep studies in this and come out technology where in the magnetic properties are maintained by using dual material for the rotor
shaft without much compromising on the motor performance. Pumps are painted as per customers requirements
Multifold Sealing of Cable
Cables are sealed in multi fold to make it so robust that even after the damage of outer cable cover no water can seep in the motor chamber.
Auto Start / Stop Features Thru Level Indicator
Pumps are provided with level sensors w stops the pump when the level of waters are low and starts when the level goes higher.
Polyurethane For Longer Pump Life
Wearing parts and diffusers could be coated with polyurethane as optional which have a better resistance properties and increase the life of pump components when the application is for sand and abrasive mediums
