SPECIAL FEATURES OF WQMS SERIES PUMPS
As a standard the pumps are offered in all CI Gr FG 260. Pumps can be offered in CI alloys, Stainless steel of in Duplex materials
COOLING Integral cast cooling fins on motor casing with large cooling area ensure efficient heat dissipation and low temperature rise. Shrink fitted stators and short shaft contribute to efficient cooling.
Built in On/Off Bimetallic switches on motor winding for motor protection

All the pumps are supplied in Fixed Installation as well as and are supplied both with Fixed Installation as wells . Portable version (Pump can be kept in the sump as it is and rest on its base.
STANDARD SCOPE
Pump fitted with double mechanical seal , PVC Power & control cable of 15Mtr length and with Base or Duck foot bend( auto coupling ) as the case may be. We provide complete pumping solution based on the site conditions/requirement and our Pumps can be supplied with special arrangement to tackle those conditions
Pumps with agitator for removal of sand /muds along with pumping liquid and does not allow the solids to
settle below the suction zone . This can be further improved by provided Water jet arrangementPumps with Cutter arrangement to handle bigger size of soft solids , rubberised contents /cloths etc.
Pumps with Shower arrangement and with Water jacketing arranging for the application where the Pump
may not be fully immersed in pumping fluid.
Most of the pumps are of Single Channel type Impellers hydraulically balanced with improved flow pattern best suited to handle untreated sewage . This pumps are with case wear rings
The rotor shaft is carried in two ball bearings. The lower bearing is a double row angular contact bearing capable of carrying high thrust and radial loads The upper bearing is a deep groove single row ball bearing. The bearings are filled with high temperature grease containing special anti-corrosive additive with no maintenance required for life.

WPIL technology enables you to tailor the hydraulics to meet the requirements of virtually any application. These pumps with single or two vane non clog impellers are available in both horizontal and vertical models with a variety of mounting arrangements and nozzle positions to suit most piping configurations without the need for special or costly modifications. Choose the cast iron or stainless steel version for typical wastewater applications. Duplex/Super Duplex should be used in abrasive applications and waters that cold cause erosion corrosion due to high oxygen content. Modular designs lead to lower spare parts inventory, keeping the overall service

Efficiency
Optimized efficiency and maximum solid handling capabilities are built into every pump to provide a wide range of efficient operation and reduce power consumption. Adjustable wearing ring clearance assures continued high efficiency even after years of service.
Replaceable hardened chrome steel wearing rings are furnished on the impeller and suction head as standard equipment to extend the life of the pump.

Engineered submersible motor designs are as per IEC and NEMA MGI with designs engineered according to your specifications and continual improvements with in-house R&D.
The motor is submersible AC squirrel cage, induction and dry type with -68 enclosed fitted with heavy duty antifriction bearings and mechanical sealing to ensure high depth submergence condition. Prepared for variable speed operation, all motors are capable of fully utilizing the available power. For an even higher over all efficiency, premium efficiency IE 3 motors are available.
Mechanical Seals
Double mechanical seals in oil bath with seal surfaces in silicon carbide extend the life of the pump. These low-friction seals withstand thousands of hours of high pressure operation under extreme conditions without cracking, seizing up or showing signs of unacceptable wear.
