Basic Features of Drainage Pump

  • Lightweight Aluminum or all Stainless steel ( 304 / 316 ) options with Corrosion / Abrasion
    resistance stainless steel wet ends.

  • Built in On / Off bimetallic switches for motor protection.

  • Tungsten Carbide Vs. Tungsten Carbide double mechanical seals wholly enclosed in a
    pressure compensated oil bag.

  • Optional sacrificial Zink anode for maximum life in a saline fluid environment

  • Continuous rated Class ( Safe to operate up to 180 0C temperature range ), Triple dipped and epoxy coated heavy duty motors available in any Voltage / Frequency Combination.

  • Pumps are fitted with Bearings filled with high temp. grease mixed with anti corrosion
    additive with no maintenance required.

  • Pumps are with dry motor design to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Aluminum part undergoes following processes.

    • Cromotising for prevention of oxidation

    • Epoxy powder coating followed by baking

  • Motors windings are applied with 3 coats of Varnish . There after end windings are
    applied with epoxy coating to arrive insulation thickness to 0.5mm (approx..).

  • Our Motor ratings are based on the maximum power of the impeller at closed to full open
    conditions plus the margins for eventualities solid contents.

  • Due to the modular design, the same parts can be used for different pumps, which lowers
    the overall service costs. An adjustable diffuser ensures proper clearance throughout the impeller lifetime. By removing the top cover of the pump, the electrical junction area can
    easily be checked.
